Put the flag up – Spring is finally upon us! With a spot of sunshine in the sky and daffodils in bloom, it’s the perfect time to have a spruce up!

When the sun is shining through the office window and you have a spring in your step, the last thing you want is for your lunchtime to be dampened with the same old soggy sandwiches with less than inspiring fillings. We’ve been delivering our fresh take on corporate catering to the local business community in Manchester, South Manchester, Salford and surrounds for seven years now, so we know a thing or two about what gets tastebuds tingling!

We’re constantly working on new dishes in the Thyme Outsdie kitchen to keep our menus fresh and in season. Some recent additions to our catering menu include beetroot and feta savory strudel and chicken with lemon and oregano skewers. These join our ever popular goats cheese and roasted tomato tartlets, mammoth apple sausage rolls and our unbelievably moreish chocolate brownie bites. Cut sandwiches, wraps and open sandwiches with a variety of fresh fillings are also available.
